A quarter beef is an economical way to stock your freezer with premium cuts and ground beef. This bulk purchase includes a carefully balanced selection: roughly 50 pounds of ground beef plus premium steaks like ribeye and sirloin, along with a selection of roasts and ribs. At approximately 155 pounds (by hanging weight), it provides excellent value and variety for families who cook regularly. Our beef at One Hill Farm is grass fed and finished, slaughtered Zabiha Halal, dry-aged for 18 days, butchered by hand, then individually vacuum sealed and frozen.
