Our beef at One Hill Farm is grass fed and finished, slaughtered Zabiha Halal, dry-aged for 18 days, butchered by hand, then individually vacuum sealed and frozen. Plan for approximately 8-10 cubic feet of freezer space. Free delivery anywhere in North Carolina. Item weights are averages.
